19MIL

19MIL was built on a clear point of view. From the outset, the creative build studio needed a brand that reflected the way it actually works, concept-led, hands-on, and uncompromising in its commitment to delivery. Rooted in the studio’s original workshop on Millicent Road, the name itself carries a sense of place and intent, setting the foundation for an identity designed to be bold but restrained, confident without excess, and credible in both creative and practical environments, rather than leading with trend or decoration.

The mark was developed as a foundation, strong enough to sit behind the work while still carrying authority. Taken up by artists, it became a visual tool rather than a badge, adapted into bespoke tees and hoodies that function as working apparel, and applied across workshops, signage, and even large-scale site installations. Seven years on, the identity remains unchanged, quietly reinforcing the individuality, craft, and consistency at the heart of the business.

“We needed a bold but simple identity that would let our work do the talking. Mark delivered something effective, confident, and distinct.”

As the business matured, the focus shifted to giving 19MIL a stronger digital presence, one that properly reflected the scale, quality, and breadth of work delivered over the years. The new website was designed as a showcase rather than a sales pitch, using image and video-led storytelling to demonstrate capability, creativity, and execution across live events, brand activations, and immersive environments.

The digital architecture was kept deliberate and intuitive, allowing projects to be explored without friction and letting visuals carry the narrative. Distinctive typography from NaN Type Foundry was introduced to add character and confidence, supporting a layout that feels considered, calm, and easy to navigate. The result is a platform that reflects the studio’s quiet authority, where the work speaks first, and the structure simply gives it space to be seen.
